We have been notified that our employee, Joe, our Warehouse Foreman, has been diagnosed with COVID-19. As such, employees working in the company may have been exposed to this virus. How should we notify our employees?
A. Do not notify the employees at this time because Joe is not showing symptoms and he will self- quarantine for 14 days.
B. Notify employees that Joe, the Warehouse Foreman, has tested positive so that all employees know who is sick, and will go for COVID-19 testing.
C. Determine which employees were within close proximity to Joe. Notify them that an employee had a positive exposure to COVID-19, and that they may have been exposed.
