Required E-Verify

As a final reminder:

Pennsylvania Construction Industry Employers are now required to use E-Verify (click here for information) and some Florida Employers will need to start using E-Verify as of January 1^st, 2021 (click here for information).

Required Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

Delaware (50 or more employees) – train new employees and then every 2 years.

Maine – (15 or more employees) – annual training. Review that employees have been trained within the last 12 months.
