Bernadillo County Paid Leave Ordinance Delayed
As noted in last month’s FranklyHR, Bernadillo County's Employee Wellness Act requires employers to provide eligible employees with earned paid time off (PTO) to be used for any reason. Bernadillo County has delayed implementation until October 1, 2020 because of the COVID-19 public health crisis. Paid Time Off Ordinance
