Pennsylvania Construction Industry Employers are now required to use E-Verify (click here for information) and some Florida Employers will need to start using E-Verify as of January 1st, 2021 (click here for information).

California (5 or more employees) – January 1, 2021 and then every two years. See the link below:
Connecticut – October’s deadline was extended to January 1, 2021. See below:
Illinois – December 31, 2020 and then annually. See below:
New York (one or more employee) and New York City (employers with 15 or more employees) – annual training. Review that employees have been trained within the last 12 months. The training link below will satisfy both NY and NYC training requirements.
Delaware (50 or more employees) – train new employees and then every 2 years.
Maine – (15 or more employees) – annual training. Review that employees have been trained within the last 12 months.
