Harassment complaints can be an uncomfortable experience, and frankly, a real bear to deal with.

Keep your business out of court by keeping harassment out of your workplace. The core definition of harassment is: to trouble persistently or incessantly.

Any kind of harassment against employees, applicants and third parties based on race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, physical or mental disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law  is prohibited.

It is necessary for everyone in your organization to be aware of harassment, including how to report it and steps management needs to take in terms of investigation and remediation of these issues.

To learn more about preventing harassment in the workplace, make sure you register for our free webinar below. This will help you be prepared in the event a harassment issue occurs.

In this webinar, you will learn:

  • The 3 types of harassment
  • What constitutes harassment?
  • How to investigate harassment complaints
  • Preventing harassment in the workplace
