Secure Choice Retirement Savings Plan
Eligible Minnesota employers with 100 or more employees must register for the Minnesota Secure Choice Retirement Program by June 30, 2026. Employers with 50-99 employees must register by the end of 2026, with additional registration phases for smaller employers in 2027 and 2028. Employers offering a retirement option must file an exemption to the program.
