CLEARWATER, Fla. – FrankCrum is excited to announce the launch of its completely redesigned Employee Onboarding tool, available through its self-service human resources information system (HRIS), MyFrankCrum. This modern and intuitive onboarding tool provides an efficient, user-friendly onboarding experience designed to simplify and enhance the hiring process for both employers and new hires.

This latest iteration of the MyFrankCrum Employee Onboarding tool offers several key benefits:

  • Mobile-Friendly Interface – A responsive design enables new hires to complete onboarding from any device, including smartphones and tablets, ensuring accessibility for all users.
  • Smart Automation – Features like automatic address validation improves accuracy and efficiency by ensuring entered addresses are correct and automatically trigger the relevant tax forms.
  • Optional I-9 Support – Employers can choose to complete federally required I-9s within the onboarding tool or manage them offline at their discretion.
  • Custom Forms Add-On – For a nominal annual fee, the Custom Forms add-on enables employers to seamlessly integrate company-specific forms and acknowledgments into the onboarding process.

The new Employee Onboarding tool is now rolling out to FrankCrum clients and will continue its phased release over the next few months. Clients can expect to receive direct communication with instructions when they are ready to migrate to the new Employee Onboarding tool.

Clients utilizing the current Employee Onboarding tool in MyFrankCrum can continue its use without disruption. While FrankCrum plans to retire the legacy Employee Onboarding tool eventually, ample transition time will be provided to clients to help ensure a seamless shift to the new tool.
