The evaluation is based on an anonymous employee survey administered by Workplace Dynamics. Employees were surveyed on several aspects of their work experience including leadership, benefits, compensation, practices and policies. FrankCrum employees cited strong leadership, ethics, supportive management and good work/life balance as part of why they believe FrankCrum is a great place to work.
“I have been provided the necessary support and training to do my job very well. If and when I need additional training, it is always available for me. The company has also exceeded my expectations with communication, events and workplace environment,” reported one FrankCrum employee.
“Our clients are normally of small or medium size companies. Their employees almost represent the middle class America. I find (it) meaningful that our work touches so many people,” said another.
