Haley CrumThe FrankCrum family of companies is proud to announce the promotion of Haley D. Crum to President of FrankCrum Staffing. Haley previously served as Vice President of Staffing, Client Care and Business Affairs for FrankCrum. Haley’s new title was formally announced at a company-wide gathering at FrankCrum’s headquarters today.

Haley’s career at FrankCrum began from the ground up. She began working as a Customer Care Representative for FrankCrum while studying for her degree in Business Management at Eckerd College. This experience allowed Haley to speak directly with clients and hear their needs first-hand. In 2008, Haley was named Vice President of Client Affairs, and the next year she assumed

responsibility for FrankCrum Staffing. Under Haley’s leadership, the Staffing division saw a 71 percent increase in overall revenue, despite the economic downturn and increase in unemployment levels. Haley also oversees the FrankCrum corporate dining facility, Tilly’s Café, which is a natural fit with Haley’s passion and background in culinary arts.

Haley holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Finance from Eckerd College. She is currently working toward a law degree at Stetson University’s College of Law and will apply the legal knowledge she obtains to the company once she graduates.

Haley was named as a finalist for the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 2012 Businesswoman of the Year. She was also awarded the 2011 Women Extraordinaire Award from Business Leader. Haley has volunteered time with Paint Your Heart Out and the Toymakers of East Lake, in addition to participating in Operation Christmas Child, and fundraising for Trinity Café. She also volunteers as a Guardian ad Litem.
