The evaluation is based on an anonymous employee survey administered by Workplace Dynamics. Employees were surveyed on several aspects of their work experience including leadership, benefits, compensation, practices and policies. FrankCrum employees cited a good benefits package, strong company values and an efficient operation as part of why they believe FrankCrum is a great place to work.
