FrankCrum recently received a letter from Florida Governor Rick Scott congratulating the company on its recent recognition as one of the Top Places to Work in Tampa Bay.
Frank Crum, Jr. strives to accommodate the needs of his employees and exceed their expectations as an employer. Last year Frank remodeled and upgraded the first floor of Tower Two to create a more comfortable restaurant/lounge area for employees. It is equipped with an internet station, television and satellite radio. We have two full-time chefs who begin whipping up breakfast specials at 7 am and continue to fill employee orders until 3:30 every afternoon. The cafe, affectionately dubbed Tilly's Payday Cafe after Frank's pet bulldog, is fully subsidized, giving employees the freshest food made-to-order at the best prices around.
Since the company was founded in 1981, it has generously paid the health insurance premium for every employee of the company. This means that all FrankCrum employees have full medical coverage without any deduction from their pay. In addition, the company matches the 401(k) contribution for every employee up to 4 percent with no vesting period.
