FrankCrum was named one of the Top Work Places in Tampa Bay in a special edition of the Tampa Bay Times, published on Sunday, April 29, 2012. This is the third consecutive year that FrankCrum has made the list.
“We are honored to have been selected for the Top Workplaces award, particularly as the judges were you, our employees!” owner Frank Crum, Jr. said in a company-wide email.
The evaluation is based on an anonymous employee feedback survey administered by Workplace Dynamics. The results calculate employees’ perception of their company’s leadership, compensation, flexibility, training and diversity. 132 Tampa Bay area companies were included in the survey.
“Our leader is a very generous man of high integrity and I feel very confident that we deliver a high level of service to our clients,” said one anonymous FrankCrum employee. Many employees attributed their job satisfaction to the fact that the management asks and values the opinions of employees. “My manager asks for my opinion and I feel like I contribute daily to the company’s success,” one employee reported.
