The answer is A.

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex and national origin. On June 15th, 2020 the Supreme Court ruled that workplace discrimination because of an individual’s sexual orientation or gender identity is unlawful discrimination “because of sex” under Title VII. Other federal laws that prohibit discrimination include the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Pregnancy Discrimination Act (PDA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and the Vietnam Era Veteran’s Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 (VEVRAA).
