Human Trafficking Training and Posting for Hotels
Effective July 18, 2026, Nebraska hotels and similar public lodging establishments may provide their employees with human trafficking training, and may implement reporting procedures and prevention policies, to limit liability for human trafficking committed at the establishment by a third party.
Hotels and public lodging establishments are required to display human trafficking informational posters.
