It is important to note that this is a proposed change, and the legislation has not been approved at this time, but is expected to go to the Senate and House of Representatives for vote. Please note that FrankCrum will stop processing ERTC claims as of January 26, 2024 to ensure timely filing by the January 31, 2024 end date.
