Minimum Wage Increase
Effective September 30, 2026, the minimum wage in Florida increases from $14.00 per hour to $15.00 per hour. Florida's minimum cash wage for tipped employees increases from $10.98 per hour to $11.98 per hour. When available, you can find the updated poster here.
