Paid Sick Leave
Effective January 1, 2026, Connecticut's
paid sick leave law applies to employers with 11 or more employees in the state (broadened from 25 or more employees in the state).
Starting on January 1, 2027, the paid sick leave law applies to employers with one or more employees in the state.
