Clean Indoor Air Act
Effective October 1, 2026, Alabama revises the Clean Indoor Air Act to ban the use of a vaping device, electric cigarette or any other electronic nicotine delivery system in a public space or in public meetings.
The amendments also rename the Act as the Vivian Davis Figures and Barbara Drummond Clean Indoor Air Act.
