FrankCrum Staffing recently announced that Deverick “Tem” Morgan has been named Vice President of the Clearwater-based staffing company. In his role, Morgan will direct the design, development, and execution of the organization's operations, sales, and recruiting strategies.

Morgan joins FrankCrum Staffing after spending 16 years with Atlanta’s Trace Staffing Solutions, where he spent the last decade in executive-level Business Development roles leading sales teams, optimizing business development strategies, and executing marketing expansion initiatives.

"We’re excited to have Tem leading the team as we adjust to the changing needs of our staffing clients," said Haley Crum, President of FrankCrum Staffing. "Tem comes to us with deep experience, and a track record in staffing and recruitment that is second to none. I’m excited to see how he helps us drive our business forward."

Tem will be responsible for directing the design, development, and execution of FrankCrum Staffing’s operations, sales, and recruiting strategies.

“Evolving market demands have made it imperative to stay focused on recruitment trends, making it all the more enticing for companies to utilize the specializations of a company like FrankCrum Staffing,” says Morgan. “I'm excited to join such a forward-thinking organization, where my skills in operations and executing recruitment strategies can help drive a new phase of growth for the company.”
