She will also oversee the design, development and execution of sales, recruiting and branch operations and will report to FrankCrum Staffing President, Haley Crum.
Shelby is an experienced, highly motivated and focused leader with over a decade of industry experience. In her previous roles as VP of Sales and Business Development, Shelby managed multiple locations, directed recruiting and sales and spearheaded strategic planning initiatives. She has a reputation for building and leading highly successful work teams that consistently exceed client expectations and revenue goals.
