CLEARWATER, Fla. – (November 4, 2024) – FrankCrum, a leader in Professional Employer Organization (PEO) solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Henry as Senior Vice President of Direct Sales.
In his new role, Michael will spearhead national direct sales initiatives, leveraging his extensive experience and strategic vision to drive growth and expand FrankCrum’s client base across diverse industries. This leadership addition supports FrankCrum’s mission to deliver customized solutions that empower businesses to thrive in today’s competitive landscape.

As part of his role here, Michael will be guiding and motivating the direct sales team, collaborating with the marketing department to expand the company’s market share nationally, and maintaining key client relationships to meet revenue goals and sustain FrankCrum’s market competitiveness.
Michael brings over 24 years of in-depth knowledge, having served in management roles in the telecommunications, cable, and wireless industries. Prior to joining FrankCrum, Michael served as the Vice President of Regional Field Operations for Charter Communications’ Texas region and Vice President of Spectrum Stores for Charter Communications’ West Division. Michael’s deep industry knowledge and experience with national sales will be a strong asset for FrankCrum’s direct sales team moving forward.
