CLEARWATER, FL — June 27, 2025 — FrankCrum employees made a splash for a great cause at the second annual Dunk Tank Fundraiser, raising $7,000 to support the Homeless Empowerment Program’s (HEP) back-to-school initiative. Held in the courtyard of the FrankCrum campus, the event combined friendly competition with charitable giving to help local children start the school year off right.
Employees from across the FrankCrum family of companies donated funds to “vote” for which executives would take a seat in the dunk tank. The top fundraisers—and good sports—who faced the cold splash included Clint Lagor, Enterprise CFO; Michael Henry, FrankCrum’s Sr. Vice President of Direct Sales; Matt Crum, FrankCrum Co-President and Frank Winston Crum Insurance President; and Chris Bardusch, Enterprise CIO. Chris led the pack with the most donations raised before the event.
On the day of the event, employees gathered in large numbers on campus—and even tuned in via livestream—to purchase opportunities to dunk their favorite execs. Options included $5 for a single throw, $10 for three throws, $50 for an automatic dunk, and $5 to pour a pitcher of ice into the dunk tank. The original goal was to exceed last year’s total of $6,300, and this year’s $7,000 milestone did just that.
Funds raised will help provide school supplies for children living at HEP’s shelter, as well as other low-income children in the Tampa Bay community.
The Homeless Empowerment Program, based in Clearwater, provides housing, food, and support services to homeless and low-income individuals and families. Its annual back-to-school fundraiser helps ensure that children have the tools they need to succeed academically.
