FrankCrum would like to congratulate Haley Crum for earning recognition as one of Tampa Bay’s 40 Under 40 top business leaders. The Gulf Coast Business Observer chose 40 business leaders under the age of 40 who exhibit forward career momentum and business community leadership. This year’s theme was “head of the class,” and the Business Observer definitely considers the 2018 winners “most likely to succeed.”
Crum, Executive Vice President of FrankCrum and President of FrankCrum Staffing, is a loyal, hard-working and fun-loving leader. Those who know her would say her laugh is contagious, and her love of people follows her through her business and her work in the local community. Haley is part of a family enterprise that is 37 years in the making, but she forged her own unique path to get where she is today.
When Crum reflects on her journey at FrankCrum, she says, “If I had to do it all over again, I would do it the same way.” Crum started as a payroll employee and worked her way into the C-suite on a journey she describes as a “big benefit” because she was able to train and learn the business before managing it.
