CLEARWATER, Fla. — FrankCrum, a leader in HR solutions, is excited to announce the gradual introduction of its new and improved benefits platform, bswift, which will seamlessly integrate with the online self-service employee portal MyFrankCrum. FrankCrum clients enrolled in its Master Plan for benefits or benefits plans that FrankCrum administers will begin adopting bswift in 2024.
With bswift, FrankCrum clients will enjoy a more intuitive and guided benefits enrollment experience, featuring key enhancements such as:
- Intuitive User Interface: An all-new interface designed for ease of use.
- Robust Self-Service Tools: Including a digital assistant for benefit cost estimations and plan comparisons.
- Educational Resources: Accessible FAQs, explainer bubbles, and informative videos.
- Mobile-Responsive Experience: Users can access their benefits anytime, anywhere.
- Look-Back Features: Enabling users to view their benefits history.
- Reporting Capabilities: Admins can run company-wide enrollment progress reports.
- Built-In Language Support: Options for diverse language preferences.
To simplify benefits selection, bswift introduces Ask Emma—an optional tool that personalizes the benefits selection experience. Emma asks a few questions about benefits needs, providing recommendations and cost estimates across available plans.
