Our latest iteration of Employee Onboarding is smarter, faster, and easier than ever for you and your new hires to use. Along with an improved user experience, we've added important, commonly requested features.
- Mobile Friendly: The mobile-friendly design enables employees who don't routinely use or have access to desktops or laptops to complete onboarding with ease.
- Smart Features: For example, address validation automatically ensures that addresses entered by a new hire are valid, and the new hire's physical address triggers the tax forms that are relevant.
- Optional I-9 Support: Easily complete I-9s in the new Employee Onboarding tool, or opt for handling federally-required I-9s yourself, offline.
- Available Custom Forms Add-on: Custom forms are available to enable new hires to fill out and sign your own company onboarding forms/acknowledgments. The Custom Forms add-on is available start at $295 a year.
